Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Develop new business accounts within a defined named account or geographic territory. Candidate must be able to handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualifying, identification of business requirements, solution development, demonstration, proposal development, and close.
- Meet and/exceed annual sales quota of $1.5 million.
- Work closely with the Sales Engineer support team to identify key customer business requirements and transform them into Cyberserv solutions, which meet the customer requirements.
- Create solution proposals and/or answer qualified RFP's.
- Coordinate with Professional Services to deliver a comprehensive solution proposal to customers
- Maintain clear understanding of how existing customers are using Cyberserv and hosting site visits between prospects and those customers.
- Form and perpetuate durable business partnerships and relationships, which will promote the long-term success of Cyberserv.
- Form and perpetuate durable relationships with Cyberserv business partners to drive business in the territory and promote partner and Cyberserv success.
Skill Sets And Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in business or computer sciences.
- 5+ years sales experience selling business software applications, or products/services that have a high $$ value, premium price (minimal discount). Product must be intangible - application software, strategic IT services, and strategic IT technology.
- Experience selling IT Services Management solutions (Help Desk, Asset Management, Change Management) and/or Customer Relationship Management (Customer Support, Sales Force Automation, Lead Management, Quality) solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated, consistent success in achieving an annual quota of $1.5M.
- Successfully closed deals of $250,000 or greater with multiple products and the decision effects multiple business owners across the account.
- Sold products/services to high-level executives (CEO, EVP Operations, General Manager, CFO) on the business side of the house.
- Big 6 management consulting background or similar technical solutions experience desirable.
- Experience in business process reengineering is highly desirable.
- Broad technical background, with current understanding of Client Server, SQL Relational Database, Microsoft BackOffice, ERP.
- Experience with Solution Selling Model or similar methodologies.
