CustomerLinx operates LinxCenters (multimode customer contact centers) in Oklahoma, Connecticut and New York. Through its LinxCenters and advanced CRM/eCRM platform, including Cyberserv's SupporTrax system and interaction management software from Interactive Intelligence (I3), CustomerLinx combines traditional inbound call center communications with inbound Internet and digital eCRM communications. CustomerLinx's Web enabled platform offers secure, real-time reporting of results and performance metrics. Its suite of eCRM services includes: Web and voice interaction, interactive voice response (IVR), email response, order entry, fulfillment, data mining and modeling and market research. Seneca
Seneca outsources 7x24x365 technical and customer relationship management support for a broad range of corporate, non-profit and governmental organizations. Through use of Cyberserv's Web-based SupporTrax systems and multimode communications utilizing the I3 platform, Seneca seamlessly integrates the efforts of contact center CSR's, remote CSR's, and the staff and management of clients, into a comprehensive and highly effective support team. Seneca provides support services for many clients utilizing the single SupporTrax system, yet can customize the SupporTrax system for the unique requirements and applications of each client.
