Through use of Cyberserv's Web-based SupporTrax systems and multimode communications utilizing the I3 platform, Seneca seamlessly integrates the efforts of contact center CSR's, remote CSR's, and the staff and management of clients, into a comprehensive and highly effective support team. Seneca provides support services for many clients utilizing the single SupporTrax system, yet can customize the SupporTrax system for the unique requirements and applications of each client.
