Cyberserv Strategic Partners incorporate or embed SupporTrax Solutions within their e-service, call center or applications. Strategic Partners are OEM-level relationships and have or will share resources to market, license, install and provide post-sales support. Members must demonstrate a strong knowledge of the marketplace and a high technical competency to be a certified Cyberserv resource.
