CUSTOMERLINX RAPIDLY IMPLEMENTS MAJOR MULTIMODE CRM APPLICATION UTILIZING CYBERSERV SOFTWARE AND INTERACTIVE INTELLIGENCE (I3) TECHNOLOGY
Vienna, VA July 9, 2002 Cyberserv, Inc. announced that CustomerLinx, a provider of outsourced customer care and eCRM services, rapidly implemented Cyberserv's beCyberTM Service Request Management system in support of a major new contract with Kelly Management Services and one of the world's largest manufacturers of consumer electronics.
In less than twelve weeks from contract award, the CustomerLinx-Cyberserv team: (i) customized the features required for the new customer, (ii) integrated the new system with legacy systems, including the Inference knowledge management system and several proprietary databases, (iii) created detailed IVR and multimode screen pop integrations with the Cyberserv system, (iv) imported over five million customer records totaling over ten gigabytes, (v) trained hundreds of agents, and (vi) successfully went "live" with the system.
The CustomerLinx multimode customer contact center, located in Durant, Oklahoma, is today operating with approximately 200 simultaneous agents dedicated to this complex customer application.
"Cyberserv provided us with a customized implementation of the beCyber system suited to meet the demanding customer requirements, and they delivered the system on-time and within-budget," commented Bill Mullen, the Director of Solutions Engineering at CustomerLinx.
