CYBERSERV AND INTERACTIVE INTELLIGENCE SIGN MARKETING ALLIANCE PARTNER AGREEMENT

Vienna, VA — October 8, 2002 — Cyberserv, Inc. announced that it had signed a Marketing Alliance Partner Agreement with Interactive Intelligence Inc. under which the companies will promote the sales of CyberservTM CRM systems integrated with interaction management software from Interactive Intelligence.

Customer contact centers increasingly want to provide customers with highly responsive support including multiple channels of communications (voice, IVR, fax, email and chat). For companies to provide cost effective support, the customer care representatives must be able to quickly retrieve detailed customer histories and to initiate effective customer support actions. This high level of customer care is possible only when the customer relationship management software is highly integrated with all of the modes of communication with the client.

Cyberserv's beCyberTM Service Request Management is a web-based client support system used by help desk and customer care organizations to create, manage, and resolve service requests. The beCyber system can be integrated with Interactive Intelligence's universal queue for voice, email, fax, IVR, and chat.
