Facilities PLUS Chooses Cyberserv's SupporTraxTM Help Desk Software

Vienna, VA — October 9, 2003 — Cyberserv, Inc., a technology support organization serving government and commercial clients, announced today that Facilities PLUS of Gaithersburg, MD. has implemented Cyberserv's SupporTraxTM, formerly called beCyber, the service request management/incident tracking software solution. Facilities PLUS is a leading facilities management firm.

Their help desk operation serves dozens of clients, scores of sites, thousands of assets, multiple regions, varying escalations and service level requirements.

SupporTrax delivers screen pops, FAQs, knowledgebase, e-forms (appended to the ticket), scripting and complete customization of fields.
